NOTE: 8 or More Insurance Eligibility Points Places a Driver in the High-Risk Pool, which has been known to double insurance rates. Also, as opposed to Moving Violation Points, which drop fter one year of safe driving, Insurance Points remain for a period of 3 years.
6. Motor Vehicle Commission Judgment
$3,000 Civil Judgment for Driving While Suspended when the suspension is due to Failing to Pay Surcharges.
